Are you talking about this Delco Voyager EST marine ignition system - you can click on pic of it and it will allow you to see more pics of it

I was getting confused as to you posting Delco Voyager HEI system in autos - this is what many used especially GM trucks back in the day - not on marine engines.

A grounded tach will kill spark, might try and disconnect that
Is this an alpha or bravo ?......alpha's use a shift interrupt switch....on the older stuff, it would ground the neg side of the coil to momentarily kill the spark.....I don't know if the process is the same on the efi units, but it might be worth a look, if it's an alpha.

I was guessing in my mind being a 25 ft regal cuddy cabin boat with only a 350 most likely might be a bravo III installed here. Like I said its a t-bolt V not IV ignition set up as mentioned. Strong battery is needed, check 10 amp fuse, OP says lanyard is working properly. This is a MEFI 3 controller unless someone swapped all out. Asked also is there power to the fuel injector(s).
next take your distributor cap off and crank the motor over - does everything look normal in the distributor plus the rotor is spinning clockwise correct and all even rotation ? Rotor completely installed all the way down, cap installed all the way down ? Is your distributor tight no excessive up and down play nor side to side ? I already asked if he has tach signal , no reply about it.
I will say again, ground the black wire from the ignition sensor to your negative side on the battery with a jumper wire 10 to 12 gauge wire. I have seen this more times than not for no spark after people change out to this newer potted style ignition sensor. it needs a good clean unpainted connection.

BUP is correct. It is a Bravo III. Sorry about not posting all the information about the boat. I did not realize that so many factors came into play. it has been a great boat. This is the first problem that I have had with the boat other than regular maint. Had to put this project on hold because of the weather. Boat put back into its hole. I will resume hopefully the next couple days and post my results.
