Default Random alarm at speed

Poker run yesterday on my Scarab 29 with twin 350 MPI's saw after a half hour or so running nearly wide open in a fairly choppy sea I would get an alarm, feel throttle reduce a bit and it would go away and power would come back. Just a few seconds. Did it the rest of the day. Different rpm range and different sea state. Water temp, oil temp and oil pressure all normal. No water in bilge and everything else normal. Other competitors I spoke too also got random alarms, not alone. Thoughts?
