I wanted to get thoughts on whether or not to use Teflon tape on the fittings (water inlet, riser jumper hoses fittings, and small drain plugs on each exhaust port)? I just bought a set of EMI Thunder exhaust manifolds and risers and the instructions don't mention anything about using it but I've seen a few pictures online where people have. Any thoughts or experience if it will leak if I don't use it? Thanks

I have always used Permatex #2 thread sealant on everything from pipe fittings to head bolts with not a leak. It's good stuff and does not harden.
