Lightbulb Mounting a tank in a stepped hull?

Mounting a tank in a stepped hull?

I am rebuilding a 2000 AVS Scarab and decided to change the tank as it is 15 years old. It was foamed in of course. From my reading I know to not put my new tank in foam and to allow air to circulate as much as possible. With a stepped hull this is very challenging. Any ideas?

info kind of vague:

thanks
