Where are all the factory take outs??
I've decided that for my boating purposes that instead of building an engine I would rather buy a factory take out (454/502 mag, carb or EFI). By the time I build anything I'm going to have well north of $6,000 invested best case scenario and I think I would be just as happy with something already ready. My boat is only 2600 lbs and 20 feet long. Mid 70's should be very doable on stockish BBC power. Runs right at 60 with a 270 horse 350 Mag. Has to be some of these floating around, where are they?
