The Bosch replacement injectors for those are $$$. I did one many years ago and used Accell 24# injectors. I think they're made by Lucas. It worked well and was a fraction of the cost. It sounds like you've got it solved though.

Safe? Mask for other deficiencies?
One of the new Mercedes Gullwing jobs runs at 10.5:1 full load which is borderline misfiring. But it's safer than too lean. Who really knows????

Oddly enough I believe the TPS, CTS and IAT are Lucas parts as well. I've seen similar bits on an 80's Land Rover.

Post 28 is correct - marine engines without 02 sensors run in open loop and the marine engines with 02 sensors run in closed loop. just the jist of it.

thru Merc most of the parts are NLA. So alot of times it will be time consuming to find replacements from whomever.

The ECU, The ignition amplifier are NLA - the IAC, Fuel pressure senser, TPS are NLA. there is 2 rectifier that I think you can still get. The **** cutout switch is NLA but might have a cross for a newer assembly for anyone who has the SS outdrive.

I know this for a fact 1993 - 8.2 - 502 mag used a lingenfelter intake system - that intake increased torque output by over 100 ft lbs at low speeds. It also had bronze water passages. Mercruiser designed and had the throttle body built, two 60 mm bores with stainless steel shafts and bearings. These were the first VST models as well and use a mechanical fuel pump ( persay booster pump) MEFI 1 - Delco EST ignition system. The second start up for EFI thru Mercruiser since 1989 being offered for the black production engines.

Also throwing it out for whomever

I have the EFI tester for this 320 and it will test the Merc outboards as well. Diacom nor the DDT will not test this engine

I also have the service manual for this app. The OEM service manual covers this 320 but also covers V-8 models 200, 230, 260, 350 mag, 454 mag 330 Borg warner, inboard 230 thru 340 and 5.7 ski, the Tempest 300, 370 TRS, 400, 420, 440, 460, and the 575. Its a very thick manual. Just incase anyone wants to buy it and the EFI tester. Its ll put away in closed dry storage.

I just seen the Bosch 0280150706 fuel injector posted inwhich is long gone - NLA. If you do find it brand new it will cost 125 dollars per injector at the bare min - over a grand for very outdated EV1 - NLA fuel injectors and you better make sure they are not Bosch knockoffs.

Cars guys throw these old EV1 injectors in the trash.

A much better injector - like I said would the most current offering EV14's. price is something like 75 bucks per injector x 8.

The 320 EFI stuff I would take 480 bucks for the EFI tester and OEM service manual and this includes the testing manual for the EFI. Shipping included. All in pristine condition.
