Buy them! Get them home, block the off two water outlets and plug your garden hose in the bottom and turn on. If water comes out of the exhaust runners get your money back, if not you are golden. Pressure testing a set of 496 manifolds has to be the easiest manifolds to test of any of them.
150 hours on a set (unless they were abused) is nothing. I probably have twice that on a set I bought 7 years ago used. Like I said before I ported and polished them this winter and pressure tested them just for kicks. All's good.
