it can be clocked however you want it.

What size hose are you running from the helm to rams? Seems like that could play a role in lock to lock volume? I assume the advertised helm volume could be choked down with smaller hose?

I don't so unless you are special spinning the wheel like a turbo. The right size pump and hose is the way to go. Putting restrictions in hydraulic systems generates heat.
