Default Stainless marine Water pressure test pressure?! Help!!'

Hey guys I just bought a set of used stainless marine manifolds and risers. I want to pressure test them so I filled the jacket with water, plugged them and brought it up to 30psi. Is that enough? Some people say 60 but idk if that's just for headers or not. Help please!!!

There is a little corrosion on them but not horrible so I think I'm going to sand blast and paint them to. Or sand blast and polish them.
