Default procharger innercooler problems

i have a couple questions for the pro charger guys.has anyone who bought a pro charger in the last 3 or 4 years had issues with the cooler?i put a brand new one on a 565 we have on the dyno and it was leaking water into the air stream.i am just wondering if this is a freak thing or if others have had the same issue.the engine owner has run the same setup from pro charger for 13 years and his old cooler finally took a chit, that is the reason for the new one.the old one was made from much thicker aluminum.

I had a procharged setup for several years, cooler was a floor mount, not sure where it came from, larger than the engine mounted one and never had a issue, but would not surprise me that they are outsourcing to some cheaper crap...so many are !

I had two that developed pin holes but they were older. I ended up buying much larger (and heavier) ones from Frozen Boost for half the cost.

Frozen boost is what I went with on my setup because of hearing of a few issues with them.

are the ones from frozen boost holding up to the rigors of marine use.i noticed they are way cheeper, that scares me because you usually get what you pay for OR LESS.
