Default Oil pressure sending unit BBC

Hey can anyone show and tell me where the oil pressure sending unit is for a Mercruiser 1998+ 454 mag?

Side of the block above the oil filter. Should have a light blue wire connected to it.

Ayuh,... As far as I know, both SBCs, 'n BBCs have 2 available oil pressure ports,....
The 1 down by the oil filter boss, 'n a 2nd next to the distributor in the aft lifter valley wall,...

the boats motors are equipped with remote filters.

Low side of block about where cylinder #7 is.

Its a 3/8 pipe fitting, typically the one on the back side top of the block where the bellhousing bolts up is used for the low oil psi sender for and EFI telling the ECM to alarm, but not always

BB's did not have the upper port like small blocks did

So, looking at DanWnetworth's pic and some pics I took of the engine, it appears there are two lines going into the remote oil filter. At the opposite end of where the lines go in, there are two threaded plugs. Would the be a reasonable place to screw in
a mechanical gauge (without having to climb all under the manifolds etc)?
