Not me. They are inverted flare. No sealer required.

Maybe a little never sieze. But the thread is not the seal. It is the seat of that flare.

In fresh water I haven't experienced any issue - however if I was in salt water I would definitely use a little antisieze on the threads - it won't hurt

I never seal my Treads. But caulk my risers.
