Has anyone converted canopy race boat
I have been pondering the idea of taking a 30-36 foot canopy race boat and converting it into a cool Poker run maybe run some shootouts. Has anyone seen or done one? Pictures? Need a winter project to keep me busy.

Yes, and there are a few others out there, but its a big project that ends up costing more time and MONEY then just buying a cool poker run boat ;-) So better make sure you are in love with the hull.
Also the back seat area will be tight or non existent on some models.
Good luck and keep us updated on your project!

It was a fun project , but at the end of the day was not the most economical route,,,,,,
,,, we ended up racing it in the worlds and then it moved to Trinidad,,,,
Be honest on your budget

The cats have gotten bigger since I had a 27 Daytona. The handle however remained the same. The 27 started the disease. No regrets here. Doug
