In the motor pic, your EMI exhaust. Is that a extension you put on the end of the riser? or not

D&S do some amazing work that's for sure. I'll be visiting them over the winter myself actually! We'll get together and talk boats sometime this winter!

Yes those are the extentions everyone talks about. I'm going to have to cut those off though on this set up. Praying for no reversion. It idles down low without lope. Greg

Jay,
It does come out below the water line. My wife likes that, Soooo... I do too. Get it? Oh well. If mama aint happy....... I wont be able to hear the cam at idle. The other holes are for cmi's that I dont have, and right now cant afford. Ill show you the elbows. Traviss my cam is a crane hyd roller 236/244 610/632 114 and idled smoothly. Greg

My cam in my 383 right now is a crane roller 222/230 .543/.563 lift on a 112, with only 4 degrees of overlap. I get a little water in the bottom of my manifolds, and the gasket is brand new.. so i don't know what else it would be The new cam which is a crane roller too. 234/242 .575/.595 lift on a 112 with 14 degrees of overlap. I think i might put extensions on to be safe..

Greg, great looking boat, I like the graphics. I took my 97' Eliminator Eagle 250 for another test on Saturday. I was more happy with the top end but I do not think I'm going into the 90's with my 502 mag procharged(5 l.b.s. boost) m-3 efi. You asked for more info., here is the data.... 1.5/1 Bravo I .... 30p. Bravo I prop stock..... X dimension=6.75"......full tank of gas....full interior with all the equipment.....temp=65....flat water.....1 person..... 86.2 m.p.h. at 4850... the boat has awesome acceleration to 80 m.p.h. then takes another 15 seconds to get to 86. It is almost like it hits some kind of wall at 80. It did have a tendency to chine walk... I guess that external steering you have for sale might help that! The boat with stock would go 74. Eric
