Default Char Lynn Hydraulic Helm

Hi,
I have a Char Lynn helm that I'm about to install on my 24 Baja Outlaw. I need help on identifying which hose goes where in the helm. They are marked "LT" & "RP". I bought the system used & have no instructions.
Any help or suggestion on this install will be gladly appreciated
Thanks John

I just did this job last week on my boat. I can send you the exact diagram if you send me your e-mail address. But, if you need to know now:

"L" goes to left
"R" goes to right
"T" goes to return on the pump tank or in of the cooler
"P" goes to pressure side of pump

John did you take out your old system yet? Do you have any pictures of your boat you can post? Greg

Default Steering

Hey Greg,
Not yet but plan to start today. Just my ass is dragging a little. Pretty much got everything figured out. What did you use to seal the bolt holes in the transom. I was thinking of 5200.

Thumbs up Update

Thanks to all that gave advice. System works great, major improvement. I would definately buy a WPM steering system again. Their tech support was great. Thanks Greg(HP Junkie)

Hi John, hows it going? That post sounded good! So do you feel like your in control again? No snags in the install? How long did it take? Greg
