39 MTI "Wildcat",
looking for fuel log (large)

I trying to find a fuel log to feed dual carbs. Needs to be 10 AN fittings in and out to return line and with 4 lines 6 AN to carbs, and a 1/8" NPT gauge. Any one sell these or do I have it made? Trying to feed 1000hp. I have seen these on motor before.

39 MTI "Wildcat",
The silence of the board is telling me to manufacture my own? It would be easier to buy if someone knows who.
