Default 500 EFI No beep/fuel pressure

I just replaced the wiring harnesses on both motors and now #2 does not beep and the fuel pump doesn't run when I turn the key. All the gauges on the dash work and the motor will crank when I turn the key. I have checked and jumped out the kill switch with no change. I swapped out both the relays near the ECM and checked that all grounds are attached. I don't know where else to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated

find this should have a grey cap on it, check fuses............also check the 50 amp fuse on the starter that wire takes all the voltage to the engie/EFI

EDIT: and make sure the shifter is in neutral

i did check those three fuses and they are all good and I have checked that its in neutral. I don't think it would turn over if it was in gear. If that fuse on the starter were bad would it still turn over the motor?
