26 Daytona-need some stereo help...
Hey guys....I've had my Daytona for awhile now and plan on putting a system in it this winter. It has nothing at all now. I currently have an Infinity Kappa 255a (5 channel 4x50 and 200x1@4ohms or 300x1@2ohms), JVC 12 disc changer, and a JVCkd-sh909 head unit in the basement left over from the old boat. Any of you pros out there have any insight on what else I'm going to need to get this thing to rock? And maybe where the speakers need to go to sound best? I was considering Kicker L5's 10" or 12" DVC's for the subs, other than that I have no idea. Also looking for some deals on the needed equipment.......Thanks, Gerry

I have the following in my boat.
Sony Head w/ 6 disc changer
Wired remote
3 pairs of Kicker 6 1/2
MB quart tweeters
two Kicker comp subs in sealed boxes
two Punch 250 amps
I have heard Babbs speakers are really good, MB Quart and kickers I have sound great. Just make sure you over power everything and put subs in sealed enclosure.
Andy Buzz or Audio Fin or FWK= Forrest on this site can halp you allot also. Post in the General discussion and they will chime in.
