hp 500 mph-prop

I have a 1992 fountain fever. I am in the process of building a hp 500. It has a high rise intake, 800 holley, and I was wondering what prop I should run on this boat. Also, what mph I can expect. Any info. would be appreciated.

I have a labbed 26 hydromotive 4 blade for sale. Too much prop for my boat , I'll let it go for 275.00 plus shipping. If interested let me know.
