Dry Sump oil system
I have a dry sump oil system on my motors. The pressure is fine. There seems to be a problem in the return. The tank seems to empty too much.I am not loosing any oil, nothing in the bilge. So the oil is not being drawn from the engine enough.I looked to see if there any pinched return lines and they are all fine.Any suggestions.

It may be collecting in the lifter valley and not draining into the oil pan fast enough would be my guess......I would assume you have screens epoxy'd over the drain holes above the cam? Ive seen some systems where there is a collector in the valley taking oil out of there as well.
How big is the tank for your system? maybe the tank is bigger then what you need....probably nothing to worry about as long as like you said, not loosing or burning oil anywhere.
