K&N Air Filter on 496 Mag HO

Anyone with experience. I got a great deal on one so I thought I'd try it. 59-5005 lists for only $60.00 so WTF. The stock arrestor looks pretty decent.

I have run one for about 75 hours and I did see an improved midrange.

I really can't see/hear/feel any difference and I've been running them on twins for about 150 hours.

There may be slightly less hiss from the air intake but that's about it. I wouldn't waste the money unless you were concerned about filtered air.
