You never did say if you used silicone or the crappy gaskets on the ends of the intake(s).

no silicone on the gaskets just a light coat of ultra black around the water passages and I didn't use the crappy gaskets on the ends just a huge bead of silicone.

Motor ever get hot and then cool down really fast? That will create a huge amount of condensation that will milk the oil badly.
