Default need different props?

I have a chris craft 312 stinger with 450 hp 454's.
Im getting 68mph at 4300-4400 rpms.
The props are 25p mirage.
I would like to get more speed out of it, but have no idea what props to buy?
Any suggestions?

If they are regular Mirage's then you need to drop down to some 21" Mirage Plus's. You should see about a 600 rpm gain with them. Right now, you are over propped and lugging the engines. You need to get at least 5000 rpms out of those engines.

Lightbulb props

if the props are plus's? it will say on the side of the hub barrell in large letters (you can't miss it) also how does the boat plane out ? slow,ok or what,it may be possible

that we can work your props to a 23 pitch and lab finish them to get the all out, max performance out of them, and they will be much better than a STOCK propeller. let me know .
