Default water pressure

will 1/4 inch holes in a exhaust riser next to the big hole allow a decrease in water pressure.

i installed new revolution manifolds, the risers dont have big enough water outlets, the manufacture said to drill 1/4 holes next to there factory outlet to lessen water pressure. it had 15 at wot, now it has over 30wot.

Believe it or not 1/4" hole will help. You will still need to check the water psi after drilling these holes. Ideal block psi is 18-25 psi to much more than that and you will have problems with head gaskets and losing hoses. You can also do a pop-off regulator.
