need advise on new prop

I recently purchased a 24 baja outlaw with a F.I 502 with a little work (?) i'm too easily hitting the rev-limiter at 5500 rpm, can anyone suggest a prop that would push more water without "lugging" motor, and at what rpm should i feel comfortable with the engine spinning W.O.T???

WHERE ARE YOU:D I could help some if I had a idea of what pitch prop you are currently running, but sounds as if you did some motor work too?

ric232 knows his stuff when it comes to both props and motors .

where are you ric.?Darin;)

the factory rev limiter on a 502 mpi/454mag mpi is at 5050 rpm's, unless someone remapped the ecm. what prop do you have on the boat now?

outdrives ,props ect. give them all your info and then everyone, will help get you dialed in.
