Default Complete tripple 525sc stern/drives

In my prusuit of a new project I stumbled across these babys.

My question is, in this condition, what are they worth? The owner said he ran them... I'll believe it when I see it!

He said 20k. but we were talking about the engines. So I don't know if he meant 20k for everything. I was thinking 20k for the whole scrap heap might not be a bad deal.

Yeah, salt is a total pain! My last project was salty. Rebiuilding the metal isn't so bad... but I ended up replacing every single electrical connector. It doesn't matter if you clean the contacts real good when the copper behind the contact is a green mush.

That boat was involved in scam. Supposedly the motors were fresh when the boat went down. The problem is that they were running and may have hydrolocked. I don't think they were under water for long. Definetly a couple of days though. There are some pics under general discussion showing the recovery.
