Default carb questions

justgot new 850 sea demon carbs, should i bolt them on and check for correct jetting or should i send them to dean nickerson for calibration{ what is calibration } the motors are roller 502s not radical just strong. smooth to lite choppy idle. has any one used sea demons did you like them.

Fred has them on his boat. He seems to like them. What jets are in them now?

there new in the box havent looked yet. did fred have to change the jets in his.

My Demons are 750 double pumpers on stock bore 454/400hp Cyclone's with Edelbrock Air Gap intakes different cams...stock type exhaust, they are un-touched as they came carbs. they work fine and I haven't had to touch them, Fred

Bolt them on and check the plugs at various rpms when you run the boat. They should be jetted in the ball park for a good starting point.
