Cool Break in procedure

I have a 355SBC. L31Vortech Heads and a Comp-cams X-marine roller cam. What is the correct break-in procedure during initial start up and during the first 50 or so hours????

Thanks

Try doing a search on "break" - this was discussed once or twice recently.
