making a boat offer
I know when I sell a car or snowmobile ect, I ask more than I really want because somebody always talks ya down. When it comes to boats, what is the normal talk down percentage, 10% - 20%? THanks, Buck

I offered close to asking cause:
1. I knew the value was there.
2. I knew others were hot on the trail.
3. Guy wasn't playing games.
We'd need to see what you are looking at to give an honest answer, but 20% below asking is not a bad place to start.
