Post Primer Choice ?

When painting new aluminum engine parts what type of primer do you recommend. In the past when painting aluminum outboard parts I have always used the green zinc chromate primer, would this work for high heat area's. Thanks in advance for you help.

I've used epoxy based etching primers with great sucess. The different paint manufacturers all offer their own version of basically the same product.
