Yea, sell that to a pimp and get a real truck...
Ok, ok, I admit to a age gap here (mid-40s on this end). Not trying to start nothing. Can that tan truck with the tires all warped in really pull a boat? With 1200# tonque weight?

Being bagged it could if the 19's were off and the 19.5's were on it or the stock 16's with tires. The front bags are 3500lbs each and the rears were 5500lbs each. when aire up it would ride about 10 inches lower than a stock ford was. Had the stock receiver hitch in it, hte guy that bout it tows his custom cycles around in an enclosed trailer, not a good comp to a boat, but no troubles. The tires are tucked in at that angle for when you deflate, the Ibeams and trailing arms work in an effect you get some serious negative camber from it. this truck when aired out would set the front trailing arms on the ground flat and the stock fuel tank was a half inch from the ground.
The tan ford was bagged 4 corner with independent set up 4 comps 2 6 gallon tanks and 1/2 inch air line along with a 350psi manifold block set up.
You will have to do a notch, not the large step notches but one that takes out about 2 inches in the frame. If you are familiar with the notches, most bolt in 1/4 steel plate. I would do the flip and see if it hits the frame when lowered down. My chevy now dosent get close even with the tow bags deflated and towing a 16' flat bed and kubota tractor.
As for the flip kit I know it cost a little more but look into the one by DJM, a real nice piece and you dont have to mess with shims if driveline angle is off, just roll it up and clamp down, the ones by AIM I have had to cut the tops off the saddles to make them fit and also do some grinding as well to open the aim saddles up. If you do the Ibeams, I started with the aims and couldnt get the passnger side to sit right, had them custom make one and they still got it wrong, that beam was a half in to long, not the only person to have this trouble with the ford drop beams by aim, not associated with djm what so ever and get nothing for it, just took me a long time to get the for to look right and to aling out right with the 6/8 drops.
Sorry so long. John

Gotta have a pimp ride along with a boat in tow.
Amarket: Most flip kits come with the frame notch. I personally like the DJM desing better than the aim design for you can roll your rear axle around to get the right pinion angle and then set it. If you look at Stylin, they had the best price on the DJM drop beams for the front, and the flip kits are pretty cheap, not as cheap as AIM but close. I would also take the overload springs out on both the rear axle, and add a set of tow bags. With the fords you can run the larger bag kit, check the airlift ones nice simple bolt in kit, some even have an onboard compresser so ya dont have to fill from the exterior if raining. As for the notch, I would do the flip drive it around and see if it hits. If it does add the notch if not dont worry about it. You will also need some new shocks for the front and rear as well, get them from AIM, like there shocks just tell them that you are replaicing the ones on a 6/8 drop ford. Mark is cool at AIM and will help ya out. I will try to take a photo of my rear set up and post it as well later today.
