Default Vinyl Repair

The vinyl on the engine hatch cover has dried, and in a few areas has cracked. I tried one of those vinyl repair kits, but its no good.
Does anyone have a good solution on how to cover these small cracks up? They are in the corners and are not very visible, but they bother me.

Yea... I hear ya.
But then it won't match the rest of the interior.
I think I might just live with it one season, and then re-skin the whole thing for next year.
