Default Correct heat range on plugs

what is the best range plug for a procharged 502 mpi? I don't know the theory behind cold vs hot plugs. I want to run ac for availability.

I have had some difficulty in finding this plug. I have found the r41ts. I would like th mr41ts because it is stainless,any where online anyone know about.
