Question FORD Radio Static

I have a 2 year old ford converstion van that I get Radio static in the AM stations only with the brake OFF When i push down on the brake pedal the static goes away. It never did this before. It just started. it's my uncle's van and he listens to sports stations on the AM wave.

Spark plug wires? that's what I was told?
