Default bellhousing oil coolers?

Is one merc bellhousing oil cooler sufficient to cool a supercharged 502? I am rigging a boat purchased w/o engines and need advise on driveline speedmaster setups.

What is the proper sealant to use on bellhousing bolts inside the water passages?

Has anyone used medium weight steel flywheels (factory on merc 1000sc)? Should I use these or the stock flywheels on my supercharged 502s?
