prop for 30' Scarab CC

anyone have one of these boats? I recently purchased one and it came with Mach Stern Driver 4 blade props, the boat has 1994 Johnson 250 HP V8s on it and has an incredible holeshot with all that torque so I am looking for a better prop for top end speed!! what type of props are you running on these boats and what type of speed do you get? I am told these are a horrible performance prop,

I actually own a 30' scarab open sports, 1985, with 2 x 225 black max mercurys. Not the most recent fad, but a beautiful boat that rides so well in the rough. Bought her second-hand in Florida.
She came with 19' mirage plus props. I just tried 21' Mirage ; bizarrely no speed difference, runs 50 kts on GPS in the best conditions. However I'm sure I could get more.
Next step will be beef up engines (250 xs ?) or new project.
