Wanted Inside Exhaust Tip Flaps
The inside exhaust tip flaps have burn out and I'm search of replacements. I've called several companies but they only want me to send them in and for 120.00 weld new ones in. What a deal!! For another $30 I can but complete tips. Does anyone have a source for these?? I have the all rubber V shaped ones that were on a pin and welded on the engine side of the tip?? Need them asap.

One of the West Coast suppliers (CP, Rex, Eddie or Teague) have a slip in style similar to a slip in silencer. That way when they burn off, you can slide them out and replace the flap.

Rotax, Thanks for the offer, wish I'd had gotten in sooner. After checking around Eddies had the best deal plus the had the stainless flappers. Ended up buying tip and all for $150 for thr pair.

Re: Wanted Inside Exhaust Tip Flaps
I have 2 brand new Rex Marine angle cut tips with super flappers in the box that I will sell for $150/pair ($100 each from Rex). I have a set on my Baja and they work great - no clanging noise and no rubber flaps to burn out.
