It was suggested that changing the cap on the bottle and testing there, when the drive is on the boat. When off the boat I use the upper vent plug. I made a fitting out of an oil sender/pressure adapter that was intended for a small block chevy. I think it was an 88 camaro piece. I screws into the block at the back of the intake manifold on the old small blocks. Maybe I can get a pic of it..

Here is what I use to pressure test the drive. I could pull a vacuum on it with the vacuum/fuel psi gauge I have attached to it..

I'm thinking I need to pressure test the whole system through the bottle. Lost a little lube and there is some in my bilge. Is it possible that my bottle/line could be leaking but only when the boat is running? Does the whole sytem build pressure at high speeds?
