Default Trim Cylinder Help

I pulled the trim cylinders to replace the hydrolic hoses my bravo I. The aft pivot pin was frozen in the drive - won't move. The forward pin came out with no problem. I assume thats not right (the aft pin locked). Is it OK to run like that or do I need to fix this? I assume it should turn or it will screw up the bushing?
Thanks...Sam

I see what you mean, most of the pivot on the front. I'll ignore this for now...Thanks US1.
