I had a repeated typo in my post. I should have been saying 27's. The 27's are the cheapest, and the 27's would be the closest pitch that you would need. Nevertheless, I'd still put a shortie on that boat instead of the hawk. I'd do a shortie and 24" Bravo 1. I'd also try a 26" in case the 24 is a little low. If the boat wants to chine walk, I'd then try a Hydromotive Q4. The only reason that prop isn't my first choice is because it doesn't plane off well.
