Can anyone help me find a Merc part # f/ 575SCI part?

I need a thermostat cover for my 575SCI. (# OMO52401).
The whole thermostat housing shown online is completely different from what I have. The pics below show what is on line and what I have.

What I have is a themostat cover that is held on by 3 bolts. It has two water outlets that go to the headers. The pic below is what I have. (No that is not my actual parts)

What is the part #?

Mine are starting to corrode, and I want to replace them before they get as bad as the pic below.

To see what Merc shows, click the small link near the bottom of theis post.
Thanks!

This site used to have all of the parts diagrams for the high performance engines that are never on the other sites. It looks like they now just list the parts.

So the part that you have the pictures of is #9 on the drawing not # 1 like you have circled on the diagram. klaw's post I think, shows the part #'s.

That could be it. Looks a little different. I guess because the drawing shows it on top of the assembly threw me off, since it is actually on the front of the motor. When you pull it off, it comes off in the direction of the bow.
Thanks!

Hey, I think I have a brand new one on the shelf that I never used, I have the whole thermostat housing that bolts to the front of the manifold! Part# 847704a1

If you need it I would sell it at 50% new plus shipping, for an Offshoreonly Brother!

bpine,

Thanks for the offer, but it appears Merc is going to take care of the problem N/C to me under their corrosion warranty.
Thanks again for the offer though!!
