Year of Manufacture of Bravo Thru SN?

Can you tell what year the drive was manufactured thru the serial number (e.g. OM108897)

As far as ranges of serial numbers, cannot really tell you when letters changed, you can see the range from OC to OM.....and they could sit on someones shelf for a time also.
