Default Exhaust for a BBC????

Building up my 454... Trying to decide what is the best cost per $$ for an exhaust system. CMI, GLM, Lightning, Gil? The motor is going in a 23' Velocity with the side dump exhaust. The motor is going .030 over with 9-1 pistons, getting rid of the cast lower and going with forged. Merlin 310cc heads, either Edelbrock Performer or Torker2 intake, & Holley 750. I haven't decided on the cam, still reading through the miles of posts.

Thanks for the input.

Chris. Did you take a look at IMCO Powerflow! for your application I would think would be great. Imco is right there in your neck of the desert! Good people too.

For your application I would think Revolution Marine's exhaust would work fine. Priced under $1000 per engine.
Get in touch with Gordo or Revelution Marine themselves, they have a website. Or search on Ebay, they market on there as well.
