Nope,as Tomcat and others hear have taught me, the boost is really just a result of the restriction in flow that won't pass thru your intake ,heads,and exhaust. You could have a lot of "boost" and low boost measurement by having a very open system or very high readings and not as much effect if you had a lot of turns and bottlenecks. You can of course guestimate the backpressure if you know others with similar heads,intake,exh,pullies,,,and don't forget the cam is very important in the final #'s. Others here can probably do a better job estimating.

You must know the boost before changing pulley size.
If they are non intercooled adding a Chiller will give you the extra horsepower
you are looking for hands down.
Call Inovation they may recall the boat.
