Actually, since my last post I took the boat out again, and it stalled continously again... what I did find .... eventually..., was that the damm thing had TWO frickin screens instead of one, and the hidden one was pushed well into the fuel cooler brass body. I removed the cooler asembly and dug it out and it was clogged. I don't think I even re-installed any screen. Fuel pressure is now 32-34# idling and 40-42# with the vacuum source disconnected. Exactly correct. Runs like a top. Haven't used it since though, we'll see this weekend if it's really cured or not....
