This is the best picture I can dig up at this late hour, and it was taken prior to cable installation, but all I did was take a piece of 304 stainless barstock, bend it 90 degrees, drill it for the transmission bolt, bolt or weld the Morse 33C bracket to it in the right spot, and you're on your way. You do end up with a bit of bend in the cable, but I used Supreme cable which can easily sustain the minimal bend, and it works like a champ! Mine is a plug-in so I couldn't go from behind. You have a lot more options available.

I bought 15 Huber 1200's last year at a government auction. These are the brackets that were on them, I have a few left and will let them go cheap if you can use them.
