Default Cylinder leakdown

I will be doing some leakdown tests soon. I have never done this before so I was wondering how long do you wait and what is an acceptable percentage for a 502 motor??

12% is really pretty good.In my opinion 20-25% isnt that unexpatble and certainly not a reason for teardown by itself. leakdown tests should definetly be done warm though.

This only showed 50%. It dint idle to well either..

I would think 10% or less . but i have never leaked a stock motor before. Just modified ones

I did both my motors cold - out of necessity. Would I only see better numbers if it was done hot?
