Re: Press Relief Valve Part #
Guy's, we don't set the factories prices, unfortunately Merc more than doubled the price in January when they did the annual increase.
Most likely Stem to Stern has not updated their on-line pricebook, I don't blame you one little bit if they will really sell it today at that price, but I promise Merc's new list price is $281.15

I just got two!! Paid $106.90 for each. Thanks for the tip Mudball! They sent me an order one day and the next day got an extra order!! Unfortunetly they charged me both times, but for that price I'll keep the extra!!

Re: Press Relief Valve Part #
I'm glad a few of you were able to get the old pricing!!
===
Now look at the new pricing and tell me one thing, if you have one of these...
Is that piece that you are looking at worth $200+ bucks!?!?!?
While the Merc units work well, the pressure relief is variable. Some have mentioned 29-30 psi operation, while mine opens at 25psi. I would like to see it somewhere in the low 20's.
There is research going on for an adjustable version. Maybe near the Merc old original cost....

I am hoping there will be an adjustable version soon. It is aftermarket. Not made by me, but I will be helping to test it on the water.
