Where is your ignition grounded?
Question for you techies. My ignition (MSD) ground is on a ring terminal that is grounded on the back of the head. The head is aluminum. It seems to work fine but I'm wondering where everyone has their's grounded to? Should it be grounded to the block? Just wondering.....
Thanks in advance

Re: Where is your ignition grounded?
Should not make any real difference since aluminum is a fine conductor. You are also less prone to corrosion with aluminum. It is not a bad idea to pull and clean all the connectors and the grounds once a year (another thing for my damn list) since this has been thought to cause failures in the MSD systems.
