Thanks to the Surf Club we have a new Sponsor for the August Race. Plans are being made to make this race one of the best in a long time. We will be running a new race coarse seven miles south from the inlet. Our wet pits and dry pits will be located at the Jersey Shore Marina, on Rt 70 in Brick. The owner of the Marina has given us the use of the entire facility. Including all launching, and fueling. We have a lot planned for this event so make sure you stay tuned for future developments. Use to be Johnson Bros. Vito, the new owner really cleaned the place up. Nice bathroom facilities, pool, 2 travel lifts 1 ramp. lots of room. The marina is just past mine, on Rt 70 east 300yrds before the Rt 88 intersection. Need any info, my cell is 908 910 8025, or Email [email protected]

Eddie, there is a Best Western 2miles away in Lakewood, Or Crystal Point in Brick . Spoke to Arnold today.....Rolling Thunder may show.

I do believe there will be some of the CBPBA boys up there if a space for the Official CBPBA Land Yacht can be had. I would personally offer my help in the event if needed. I'm sure Ted, Keith, Mikey and maybe a few others might offer some help also.
